Welcome to The OL Camp Shop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theolcampshop.com and your purchase of products from The OL Camp Shop ("we," "us," "our," or "The OL Camp").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. ABOUT OUR STORE

The OL Camp Shop is an online merchandise store operated by The OL Camp. We offer football- and offensive-line-inspired apparel, accessories, and other merchandise.

Our products are produced on demand through third-party print and fulfillment providers. This means products are generally made after an order is placed rather than being held in our own inventory.

Our fulfillment services may be provided through third-party providers, including Printify and its network of independent production partners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.

However, because products may be manufactured by different production facilities and displayed on different screens or devices:

  • Colors may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
  • Minor variations in print placement, appearance, or product dimensions may occur.
  • Product specifications, availability, colors, and designs may change without notice.
  • Product images may be promotional mockups and may not perfectly represent the final physical product.

Please review the product description and applicable sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Applicable sales taxes, duties, customs charges, and shipping costs may be added to your order during checkout.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will provide an order confirmation. An order is not considered fully accepted until it has been processed for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasonable circumstances, including:

  • Product availability issues;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Violations of these Terms; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

6. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

All products purchased from The OL Camp Shop are made specifically after an order is placed.

Because of the print-on-demand nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer:

  • Ordered the wrong size;
  • Ordered the wrong color;
  • Changed their mind;
  • No longer wants the product; or
  • Ordered a product by mistake.

Please carefully review your order, product information, and sizing chart before completing your purchase.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We want you to receive products that meet our quality standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us resolve the issue, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

For eligible issues, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and the applicable fulfillment provider's policies.

For products fulfilled through Printify, Printify currently provides merchant protection for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed products. Their policy generally requires the issue to be reported within 30 days of delivery and requires photographic evidence.

We will work with our fulfillment provider to resolve eligible issues as efficiently as possible.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are produced on demand, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Once an order has entered production, changes to the product, size, color, shipping address, or design may no longer be possible.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment providers.

Shipping times displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Production and fulfillment times;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Weather;
  • Holidays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • International shipping requirements; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The OL Camp Shop is not responsible for carrier delays that are outside our reasonable control.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional costs associated with replacement or reshipment may be your responsibility.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We may offer shipping to customers outside Canada.

International customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not necessarily included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

The OL Camp Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other governmental authorities.

11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.

This includes products that are:

  • The wrong size selected by the customer;
  • The wrong color selected by the customer;
  • Unwanted;
  • No longer needed; or
  • Ordered by mistake.

However, this policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe your product is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or otherwise materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

12. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the payment processor's procedures.

The timing of the refund appearing in your account may depend on your financial institution or payment provider.

Where a fulfillment provider issues a credit or reimbursement to The OL Camp Shop, we will use that information to assist in resolving the customer's eligible claim.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on The OL Camp Shop, including but not limited to:

  • Logos;
  • Brand names;
  • Designs;
  • Graphics;
  • Product artwork;
  • Images;
  • Text;
  • Videos;
  • Slogans; and
  • Website content

is owned by or licensed to The OL Camp Shop and/or The OL Camp, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

"The OL Camp," "The OL Camp Shop," related logos, designs, slogans, and other brand elements may not be copied or used in a manner that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by The OL Camp without our permission.

14. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If the store permits customers to submit personalized designs, photographs, text, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it;
  • Your submission does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
  • Your submission does not violate applicable law; and
  • Your submission does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the policies of our fulfillment providers.

15. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website;
  • Copy or exploit our intellectual property without permission;
  • Upload or submit content that infringes another party's rights; or
  • Engage in any activity that could harm The OL Camp, our customers, or our service providers.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may rely on third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, shipping, fulfillment, and other business functions.

These third parties may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

Our print-on-demand fulfillment may be provided through Printify and its network of print providers. Printify states that it operates as a print-on-demand platform connecting merchants with independent production providers rather than directly manufacturing every product itself.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational purposes.

18. DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The OL Camp Shop provides its website and services on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always operate without interruption;
  • Product availability will remain unchanged;
  • Product images will perfectly match the physical product;
  • Shipping estimates will always be met; or
  • The website will be completely free of errors.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The OL Camp Shop will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The OL Camp Shop, The OL Camp, and their owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of our website;
  • Your violation of another person's rights; or
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority in Alberta, Canada, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return/Refund Policy, constitute the agreement between you and The OL Camp Shop concerning your use of our website and purchase of our products, except where additional terms are expressly provided.
